MIPIM is the world’s premier annual property expo which brings together the most influential decision-makers in the market by offering access to the largest available showcase of development projects in Cannes, France.

The 2019 Croydon delegation were joined by 20,000 key international stakeholders, including investors, major developers, local authorities and property professionals from more than 90 countries, with access to over 100 conference sessions providing expert insight into key sectors and property hotspots.

A £5.25billion regeneration is underway which will bring 10,500 new home starts, 23,500 jobs, 2.8m sq ft of Grade A office space, 21 city centre developments and 28 new public squares and spaces to the metropolitan centre. Croydon is one of the UK’s largest regeneration programmes and is about much more than bricks and mortar, with the opening of Fairfield Halls in 2019 providing the centrepiece of the borough’s cultural ambitions, helping to create a great place to live, work and play.
