ALMOST 50 new homes in Leon House have already been sold following a hugely successful opening of the development’s marketing suite.
FI Real Estate Management are transforming the iconic building, one of the UK’s finest surviving examples of mid 20th century modernist architecture, into 263 one and two bedroom apartments.
The luxurious properties, all featuring bespoke design including floor to ceiling windows, will not be ready to live in until next summer. However, that has not stopped a flood of eager buyers already putting down their deposits to be part of the Living with Leon scheme.

Leon House will be the anchor for the Leon Quarter, a major regeneration project which will see 500 new homes be built in the area.
Every apartment has been designed by Love Interiors, who worked with the form and function of the building to keep the interiors clean, modern and clutter-free, using quality materials like oak flooring, specialist ceramics and designer-specification appliances and fittings.
The building will benefit from a grand double height lobby, with co-working space, free wi-fi, a concierge service and relaxing lounge and reading areas.

First-time buyers at Leon will already benefit from the London Help to Buy Scheme, which means those eligible can purchase a property with just a 5% deposit.
The apartments at Leon House, priced from £320,000 for a one bedroom property, are being released for sale through Countrywide Residential Developments with completion dates scheduled for August 2018.
